All tools are read-only. Start with ask_spradley for open questions; the others are faster for one theme or its quotes.
| Tool | What it returns |
|---|
ask_spradley | One open question, answered and checked against your reports, with the reports it rests on and a link that opens it in Spradley Brain. Takes up to a minute. |
list_reports | Every completed report you can see, with its interview, scope and date. |
list_themes | The themes of one report, the newest by default, each with how widely it was raised. |
get_theme | One theme in depth: its summary, quotes and the codes under it. |
search_reports | Themes, codes and quotes that match a phrase. An empty result means nobody raised it. |
list_patterns | What people said, grouped, under a theme or a code. |
list_codes | The most specific level, closest to what was said. |
trace | One step up or down from any theme or code. |
compare_groups | One theme across the department reports of the same interview, beside the company. |
get_quotes | Published quotes, word for word, from one theme or matching a phrase. |
